This is just a simple guide to getting the dating scene with my favorite party member Yuffie. Please keep in mind like with Barret, you start are very low on their affection rating, and thus will have to work hard at getting Aeris and Tifa’s affection down.
Final Fantasy VII Remake: Who does Cloud love and end up with – Tifa or Aerith?
The player can decide who takes Cloud Strife on a date during the party’s second plot-related visit to Gold Saucer. The night’s date is chosen based upon the player’s dialogue choices and actions throughout the game up to that point. Depending on the player’s choices, Cloud may go on a date with Aeris , Tifa , Yuffie only if she has been recruited , or even Barret.
How each character is chosen is based upon a hidden value in the game’s code, which cannot be viewed without hacking. At the game’s start, the opening values are:.

Things that should (and should not) be changed in the Final Fantasy 7 remake
The game brings to life so many classic and iconic characters for a new generation of fans. The remake continues this plot, but further embellishes it by balancing out the time Cloud spends with both parties. Aerith and Tifa spend a lot of time together becoming friends, and many fans think their chemistry is so good the two should just ditch Cloud and date each other.
Even more unfortunate, thus, the way further Final Fantasy 7 Remake events will unfold after this scene, this date will not be destined to happen, no matter what.
Of course Aerith, Tifa, Barret and Cloud take the spotlight, but even smaller characters like Biggs, Wedge and Jesse have some time to shine too. So as we alluded to above, Jesse is a huge flirt in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Cloud is tall, brooding, handsome, and mysterious, so we can certainly understand the appeal! Jesse will ask you out and you have a rare dialog option.
You can either tell her No Promises or Not Happening. No Promises is the closest thing you have to an affirmative response in this situation. If you want to say the closest thing to yes, pick No Promises. If you want to say no, say Not Happening. So the way things will unfold in Final Fantasy 7 Remake in the near future after this scene will unfortunately not allow for this date to ever happen.
However, if you want to continue to be a bit more flirty with Jesse for fun though, say No Promises and Jesse will be ecstatic. Say Not Happening if you want to shut her down even more. Connect with us. Continue Reading.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Date mechanics & romance event
What was long regarded as nothing more than a fanboy’s fantasy is finally becoming a reality, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Since its release in , Final Fantasy 7 has spawned numerous spin-off games, a couple of movies, and its characters have made cameos across the Square-Enix library. Clearly, the game’s popularity hasn’t wanned in the almost two decades since its release.
Go on a date with Barret in the Gold Saucer than sorry right), when I got to the date scene, Barret was my partner but the trophy did not pop.
The two easiest candidates for Cloud’s affection are Aerith Gainsborough and Tifa Lockhart, as he has to interact with both characters on numerous occasions during the story. It’s also possible for Cloud to go on a date with either Barret Wallace or Yuffie Kisaragi, but these are much more difficult to see without exploiting glitches as the game heavily leans in the favor of Cloud pairing up with Aerith or Tifa.
The character with the most points will show up at Cloud’s room when the party visits the Gold Saucer for the second time for a date. At the start of the game, Aerith has fifty points, Tifa has thirty, Barret has ten, and Yuffie has zero. If Tifa is chosen as Don Coreno’s date, asking “You alright?
When Marlene asks about Aerith, saying “Let’s hope so” is worth three points.

Barret is an especially fine dude with his dad-of-the-year traits and aggressive expression of his beliefs, but when it comes to Tifa and Aerith some players simply want to know who Cloud loves and ends up with. While in a perfect world the answer would be Jessie, you can sort of choose who Cloud gets butterflies over in regard to the kick boxer and flower picker. Square Enix stated before the release of the Final Fantasy VII Remake that they avoided playing favourites with Tifa and Aerith by giving them both equal amounts of screentime.
This should sort of indicate the answer as to who Cloud ends up with, but you can still find out below. However, players can get a semi-romantic special scene with Tifa or Aerith in chapter 14 of the Final Fantasy VII Remake and this is dependent on previous choices made. Either that, or you can get a resolution scene with Barret who acts towards Cloud as an aggressive tsundere.
Final Fantasy VII Remake isn’t just an RPG in that you’ll be leveling up a So in a manner not unlike the Gold Saucer date scene in the original.
There is a scene that occurs during a playthrough at the end of Disc 1 when the team returns to Gold Saucer. This scene involves the main character of the game, Cloud, going out on a date with one of the other characters. Who he goes out with is largely dependent on choices that you make throughout the game. Throughout the Jegged. Decisions that you make as you playthrough the game, including whom you talk to and how you answer their questions, are pointed out as they come up.
They are also listed below for convenience. While this date scene has little relevance to the overall story and game itself, there is a trophy that you can obtain if Barret is the one to go out on the date with Cloud. Selecting Barret is quite hard to do though unless you follow a very specific set of steps. The trophy that you can obtain the PlayStation 4 version of the game is called the Best Bromance Trophy.
Each character that Cloud can go out on a date with Aeris, Tifa, Yuffie and Barret start with a certain number of points. These points are hidden; you cannot tell how many points each character has.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2: Here’s how ending will impact next FF7 game
Final Fantasy 7 has always been split between Tifa fans and Aerith fans. Either you like Aerith because she’s kind-hearted but also sort of goofy, or you like Tifa because she’s strong and cool. Final Fantasy 7 never quite puts the two in conflict, but it definitely pushes you to choose between them, your decision ultimately culminating in a date at the Golden Saucer. Many fans even accused the development team of favoring one over the other.
Indeed, if you look at the original game, Tifa is definitely an important character, but it always feels as if the story is pushing Cloud and Aerith together.

However, I’ve just been told Sephiroth has gone to the temple of ancients and I should head there too – so I know I’m close to the point of everything changing. I know that the date night ‘must’ occur before this point, as someone involved will no longer be able to come after that point. I manually went to the Golden Saucer, even stayed in the hotel but there was no cut scene or anything else happening. I thought the ‘date’ happened the first time you returned after escaping the desert?
